Perfect location to visit the area: Granville and its upper town, the coasts, the Bay of Mont St Michel (45 min), the Champrépus ZOO (40 min), the Channel Islands (40 min by boat)... The house consists of: 1 large main room with living room (TV, WIFI, Netflix, Prime, Canal+, Amazon...), Dining area with large high table, equipped kitchen (induction hobs, oven, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, washing machine, small appliances). - 1 bedroom with double bed 160 x 190, dressing room, view of the terrace - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds that can be pushed together to make a 140 x 190 bed, dressing room, Velux with motorized shutter - Baby bed and high chair available - 1 shower room/toilet/vanity unit In the garden of a large property but with a reserved and independent space that is not overlooked. You will enjoy a garden area bordered by plants and the terrace with Jacuzzi will be privatized during your stay. *** Jacuzzi switched on upon request (from March to October) at the time of booking and for the duration of the stay (€20/day and free after the 10th day).*** Garden furniture, parasol and outdoor table, with electric plancha and BBQ. Several free street parking spaces. Guest access Check-in is between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m., please respect the agreed schedule. Check-out is around 11 a.m., (to be confirmed together the day before) Other things to note Transparent garbage bags are mandatory for household waste!! There are sorting bins in the accommodation and a compost bucket. The garbage cans are to be deposited at the sorting collection next to the Carrefour Market before your departure. Guest access This accommodation is partially suitable for people with disabilities, except for people who only use a wheelchair. Other things to note Bed linen and towels can be provided for €15/bed to be paid upon arrival. The cleaning fee of €40 is included in the total amount. Our animal friends are not allowed in this accommodation.
