The space This modern, cozy and centrally located, approximately 100m² apartment has been freshly renovated and furnished in a new and modern style for you. It awaits you with great amenities. It is perfect for up to 8 people. The apartment is very easy to reach by tram (line 1 of the Cologne tram network) and by car. When you arrive, you can park up to 2 cars for free directly on the property in front of the door. There is no need to search for parking spaces and you don't have to carry your suitcases far. The apartment is on the ground floor and can be reached directly from the parking lot in front of the door without having to climb any stairs. Your keys are waiting for you in a key box. When you arrive at the apartment, a large living and dining room awaits you. The apartment is modern and comfortably furnished, so you will always feel welcome and at home. Everything you need for your stay is available: bed linen, towels, etc. and of course a modern kitchen. The stylish kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge and freezer, dishwasher, stove and microwave. Cooking is a joy here. Of course, there is also enough crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. Everything is also prepared for children. After you arrive, you can end the day at the large dining room table with space for up to 8 people. Then make yourself comfortable on the beautiful couch.
