Guest access When you book through Property Providers you are booking with a professional property management agency rather than a personal host. Check in time is from 3:00 pm and check out is 10:00 am unless agreed otherwise in writing. Other things to note For the comfort and health and safety of our guests, all properties are supplied with 5-star hotel linen and towels that are professionally laundered. We may ask for photo ID of the primary guest before access is provided. Home Truths • The garage will not be accessible for guests. There is off-street parking in the driveway for one car. There's plenty of unrestricted street parking. • The southerly can come up in the afternoon so guests will have to be conscious to close the French doors and put down umbrellas and the retractable awning over the patio. • Don’t worry about the fish in the fish tanks, the pond in the outdoor Grotto (in the entrance courtyard) and the pool - we have a guy who comes and takes care of them! • Pearl Bay Reserve. Why fight the traffic getting to the high street of Mosman when this is just down the road? Unless you want to shop for clothes, then head into Mosman Village - 5 minutes by car. • The second bathroom downstairs is a bit quirky, but also kind of fun. • Sound carries when you are so close to the water, so we ask that guests be sensitive to this. • To close the French doors to the patio, align both doors together before closing carefully. Please do not open the French doors from the downstairs bedrooms. • There are external security cameras present, facing the front and rear courtyards and side paths. • This is the owner's primary home. There may be non-perishable items left in the pantry for guest's usage, and some cupboards may also contain personal items. Registration Details PID-STRA-68869
