Whenever necessary, a team member may access the outside, being previously communicated by message on Airbnb 💬, and, whenever possible, scheduled in advance📅. 💶 Maia Tourist Tax According to municipal regulations, Maia charges €2 per night, per guest, up to a maximum of 5 consecutive nights 🏙️. Applies to guests aged 13 and over and is charged at check-in 💰. 🐜 Precautions to be taken The climate in Portugal can be hot and humid☀️, favoring mosquitoes, ants or small insects🦟.
