The form with the mandatory data, according to national regulations, must be completed up to 48 hours before check-in 🕓. We ask that you respect the quiet hours between 9 p.m. and 9 a.m. 🤫, out of consideration for the neighbors. 🚫 Events or parties are not allowed in the house. 🚗 Parking The house offers private parking. If you wish to use it, please let us know in advance to ensure that the space is ready upon your arrival. 🚪 Building Access The house is a single-story building, providing easy access and convenience for all guests, especially those who bring heavy luggage 🧳 or need to avoid stairs. ❄️ Air Conditioning The house is equipped with air conditioning, ensuring comfort on the hottest days ☀️. 🗑️ Waste and Recycling We ask you to put the garbage in the respective containers, located in the front of the house ♻️. Garbage that is not placed correctly may incur an additional cost💶. This way we keep the space clean and pleasant for everyone🌿. ⏰ Check-in and Check-out Check-in: 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. | Check-out: until 10 a.m. Please inform us of your arrival time at least 48 hours in advance🕓. There is an ashtray available outside, we ask you to use it and avoid disturbing the neighbors🙏. ⚠️ Damages and Notices If you damage or break something, please let us know immediately📞. Thank you for your cooperation in keeping the space in good condition💚. 🪪 Registration with SEF / AIMA According to Law 23/2007, article 16, it is mandatory to collect identification data (passport or identity card) for check-in. The host must inform the presence of all non-Portuguese guests 🇵🇹 to SEF/AIMA. 🌿 Maintenance of the Outdoor Space The pool, jacuzzi, vegetable garden, lawn and fruit trees 🍊 are maintained regularly. Whenever necessary, a team member may access the outside, being previously communicated by message on Airbnb 💬, and, whenever possible, scheduled in advance📅. 💶 Maia Tourist Tax According to municipal regulations, Maia charges €2 per night, per guest, up to a maximum of 5 consecutive nights 🏙️. Applies to guests aged 13 and over and is charged at check-in 💰. 🐜 Precautions to be taken The climate in Portugal can be hot and humid☀️, favoring mosquitoes, ants or small insects🦟. We use regular pest control services, but the occasional presence of an insect may occur. We ask that you keep doors closed🚪, dispose of garbage properly, and store food responsibly🍎. 🔐 Keys The loss of keys, remote control or park card, or forgetting them inside the house, implies an additional cost of €150 per item💸.
