The space The house was completely renovated in 2024 and is cared for in every detail. It is characterized by several widespread but close rooms, each created to enjoy its own privacy and sea view. The rooms are not connected, each has its own entrance and the kitchen and dining room area are located in a separate area. On rainy days, which are rare, we provide an umbrella in each room. The house accommodates 6 guests who can relax in several well-furnished and cozy open spaces, which are also convenient for smart working. The kitchen is well equipped, the living room and dining room, with a large table, are in spaces with large windows facing south. In a separate area there is the hydromassage pool, a space furnished with sun loungers, outdoor shower, yoga mats and beach towels. Each space enjoys the view of the open sea with sunsets at sea in winter and behind the island of Giglio in summer. The house is carefully furnished, with refined quality materials by skilled Tuscan artisans: Etruscan terracotta, Rapolano travertine, local stone, parquet and teak outside, exposed beams. The beds are comfortable with quality mattresses and double pillows. The house is equipped with TV, Internet line, safe, air conditioning in every room, washer-dryer, hairdryer, iron and bed linen. Private parking space. I would like to suggest that the house, due to its type, with open spaces, parapets, terraces and the staircase, is not ideal for small children or in any case I invite you to be aware that the spaces could lead to greater attention to children. However, we reserve the right to give more information to those who are interested. From Porto Santo Stefano, you can take the ferry to Giglio Island and the wilder Giannutri Island, which you can visit during the day. The nature reserves of Feniglia, the Oasis of Burano and Alberese offer beautiful walks organized by the WWF or independently with the possibility of horseback riding on the beach, on foot or by bicycle with the many hiking trails. The Argentario Golf Club is just 25 minutes away, the tennis courts of Porto Santo Stefano are 10 minutes away, and the renowned Terme di Saturnia are 1 hour away.
