The space Location: The apartment with 12 single beds is located in an industrial area in the district of Munich / Perlach. With many private parking spaces and easy access to Munich's city center (S-Bahn 15-18 min to downtown), it is the ideal starting point for city explorations. A supermarket (Lidl) and drugstore (DM) are just around the corner. Restaurants, bars or the like are not directly in the industrial area, but are within walking distance (about 10 minutes). The apartment has a lift and is located on the 2nd floor above a game library with bistro/bar/café with long opening hours. In the immediate vicinity is also a small, discreet red light facility, which is operated quietly and inconspicuously. However, if you are looking for a completely quiet environment, this should be taken into account when booking. There is no living room in this apartment, but the kitchen can be used as a common room with 8 seats. Amenities include: The fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, coffee maker and large fridge invites you to cook together and offers seating for up to 8 people. A washer-dryer is also available for longer stays. Each room has its own smart TV, desk and 250MBit Wi-Fi for excellent internet coverage.
