The space Location: The apartment with 12 single beds is located in a commercial area in the Munich / Perlach district. With many private parking spaces and easy access to Munich's city center (S-Bahn 15-18 min to downtown), it is the ideal starting point for city explorations. A supermarket (Lidl) and the drugstore (DM) are right around the corner. Restaurants, bars or the like are not directly in the industrial area, but are within walking distance (about 10 minutes). The apartment has an elevator and is on the 2nd floor above a game library with bistro/bar/café with long opening hours. In the immediate vicinity is also a small, discreet red light facility, which is operated quietly and inconspicuously. However, if you are looking for a completely quiet environment, this should be taken into account when booking.
