The space Location: The apartment, which can sleep up to 10 people, is located in a commercial area in the Perlach district of Munich. With many private parking spaces and easy access to Munich's city center (S-Bahn 15-18 min to downtown), it is the ideal starting point for city explorations. A supermarket (Lidl) and the drugstore (DM) are right around the corner. Restaurants, bars or the like are not directly in the industrial area, but are within walking distance (about 10 minutes). The apartment has an elevator and is on the 3rd floor above a play library with bistro/bar/cafe with long opening hours. In the immediate vicinity is also a small, discreet red light facility, which is operated quietly and inconspicuously. However, if you are looking for a completely quiet environment, this should be taken into account when booking. Room layout: The apartment, with a living area of approximately 120 sq. m (1,292 sq. ft.), can accommodate up to 10 people. With a total of 4 separate bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 living room, and a kitchen, privacy and comfort are well taken care of. There are 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds each. 1 bedroom accommodates with 2 double bunk beds up to 4 people/children. Amenities include: The fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, coffee maker and large fridge invites you to cook together and offers seating for up to 8 people. 4 bedrooms are equipped with a small armchair and reading lamp. The room with the 2 double beds offers fun with an Indian tepee. The living room has a cozy couch and armchair facing a smart TV, as well as a small table with seating to play or talk together. A washer-dryer is also available for longer stays. A 250MBit wifi ensures excellent internet supply. Free parking is available right next to the house in large numbers. On the day of check-in, you will receive the code that you can use for the building and apartment door during your stay. It is opened using a PIN pad.
