Staff members including pool cleaner, gardener, housekeeper and house manager may be present in outdoor areas during guest stay. Note that entry to staff and house manager quarters is through the kitchen service entrance area shared by guests. Guest-Only areas include the grand foyer, oceanfront great room, dining room, downstairs powder rooms, and the upstairs ensuites, as well as the beach access, pool, and grounds. Pool heating can be arranged in advance for a pro rata fee. The pool can be heated and we can make arrangements when you reserve. It's $100. per day to heat the pool and jacuzzi and $50. for the jacuzzi alone. It takes two days to heat the pool to 80 degrees so it takes a bit of planning if you are interested. In accordance with the City of Santa Monica, please note the following: “Host lives on site and will be present throughout the visitor’s stay” “The home share may not be booked or rented by more than one group of visitors for any given date." Guests have exclusive access to all areas pictured of the house and grounds with the exception of the kitchen service entry area. The Property Owner and House Manager reside on-site in private quarters. Guests have off-street parking available in assigned spaces in front of the house.
