The Susquehanna River flows just outside, offering tranquil views and a sense of connection to Harrisburg’s rich history. Sleeping arrangements Each 1-bedroom loft is thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to five guests, with two comfortable beds and a layout that balances privacy and openness. The bedroom provides a restful retreat, while extra pillows and blankets ensure everyone sleeps soundly. Kitchen & dining Prepare meals in a fully equipped kitchen featuring a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and essential cookware. Enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine with river views, and gather around for meals at the dining area. Living & workspace Relax in the living area with a TV and curated décor that highlights the building’s rustic and industrial character. A dedicated workspace and high-speed wifi make it easy to stay productive or plan your next adventure. Bathroom & laundry The bathroom includes a bathtub, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. A washer and dryer, along with cleaning products, make longer stays convenient. Neighborhood Located in the heart of Midtown Harrisburg, the loft is directly across from Riverfront Park and the Sunken Gardens—once the gateway for lumberjacks arriving by river. Walk to the Pennsylvania state Capitol Complex, as well as Midtown and Downtown’s shops, dining, and cultural attractions. Amenities Enjoy air conditioning, heating, room-darkening shades, hangers, clothing storage, iron, and essentials. Security features include exterior cameras, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, and a fire extinguisher. Free parking is available on the premises, and pets are welcome. You’ll be assigned to one of our units: all similar in amenities and charm. Guest access Guests have full access to a 1BR riverfront apartment that is randomly assigned and one off-street parking space. Other things to note + Guests are required to fill out online/digital registration form, submit a picture of a government ID and digitally sign a Rental Agreement 7 days before check-in or immediately after booking if less than 7 days before check in. + Must climb up to two flights of stairs with luggage to access the rental + In a high traffic urban area with noise potential from cars, pedestrians and neighboring apartments + Parking lot is small and may require parking behind other vehicles + Pet fee starting at $35/night for one pet or Emotional Support Animal + Extra guest fee of $40/night for guests above two NOT included in the reservation + Visitors not on the reservation are not allowed during quiet hours (10pm-8am) or they will be subject to the extra guest fee + Early check in/late check offered if available for an additional fee
