Newly remodeled, this home offers 4 cozy bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a heated pool, and located only a block away from a private beach. Indoor and outdoor living gives enough space for your entire family to spread out. Only 1 mile away from restaurants and the local market. Fish on the pier or on the beach, evening bike rides, watch the sea turtles, view rocket launches, and more! The space This relaxing home offers many amenities, including; high speed WiFi, Roku/smart TVs, standard cable, a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor grill, extra towels and wash cloths, pool towels, extra pillows, pool floats, kids puddles jumpers, diving toys, goggles, bikes, beach wagons, beach chairs, beach toys, beach umbrellas, coolers, yoga mats, boogie boards, board games, and so much more! Kitchen offers spices, cooking oil, several cutting boards, pots and pans, baking sheets, baking dishes, food storage containers, ice packs, crockpot, griddle, waffle maker, coffee maker, French press, electric tea pot, air fryer, mixer, mixing bowls, and more! As a starter, we have a selection of K-cups and teas, creamers, sugars, and coffee syrups. We also have sandwich bags, foil, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and cleaning supplies. Bathrooms have plenty of towels and wash cloths, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, shaving cream, soap, hair dryers, several rolls of toilet paper, and more! Each Bedroom offers a smart Tv with Roku, large dresser, side table, alarm clock (with usb for charging a phone), a chair, a suitcase stand, and a closet (hangers, extra blankets and pillows). For small children and infants we have a mini crib, pack n play, baby baths, high chair, booster seat, toys, books, bottle warmer, toddler cups, bowls, plates, and flatware. The door and any window that leads to the pool area has a loud chime when opened to alert an adult. We also have a locking system that is on all of the doors that lead to the sun room to keep our little ones safe. The house is also supplied with sunscreen, aloe, and several other toiletries. The town of Melbourne Beach requires photo IDs of any guest over the age of 18 and must confirm that none are a convicted sexual offender/predator. We are vacation rental certified through the town of Melbourne Beach, FL. Certified #CVR24-0019 Guest access Guests have access to entire home, including the garage and the laundry room. There are only a few closets that are off limits for the cleaning crew closets and owners closet. Other things to note Lawn service is Mondays and Pool service is Thursdays (all weather and holiday permitted)
