The space Cas Cavaller | Family & Friends Retreat offers an environment designed to be enjoyed with family or friends, surrounded by nature and tranquility. Outside, it has a large swimming pool with a solarium, hammocks and parasols, a barbecue area and a large garden with lawn, ideal for relaxing or for children to play safely. It also has parking for several cars and mountain views that invite you to disconnect. The interior is spacious, bright and cozy. The living room connects to the dining room and fully equipped kitchen, creating a comfortable space for cooking, chatting and sharing. The house has air conditioning, which guarantees a comfortable stay even on the hottest days. The 4 bedrooms, located in a separate area, ensure rest and privacy: two of them with a double bed and private bathroom, and two with single beds. The house includes three main bathrooms (one with a whirlpool tub), and a bathroom and laundry room in the basement, next to an old stable that retains its original rustic charm. Thanks to its traditional construction and air conditioning system, the house stays cool in summer and warm in winter, perfect for stays at any time of the year. Its quiet location, just minutes from Cala Millor and Sa Coma, makes it an ideal retreat for families and groups looking for comfort, nature and good times together in Mallorca. Guest access During your stay at Cas Cavaller | Family & Friends Retreat, you will have exclusive access to all facilities and common areas, enjoying total privacy and comfort. You can relax in the large pool with solarium, equipped with hammocks and parasols, and enjoy outdoor meals in the barbecue area. The large lawn garden is perfect for relaxing, playing with children, or sharing special moments with family or friends. You will also have private parking with capacity for several cars. Inside, you have a large living room, a bright dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for cooking and sharing. The entire house has air conditioning, ensuring comfort on the hottest days. The bedrooms and bathrooms are fully available to guests, including two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, for privacy and relaxation. You can also access the basement, where you'll find the laundry area and an additional bathroom. You can also explore the old stable, which retains its rustic essence, although there are currently no horses. The entire house and its facilities are exclusively available to guests, ensuring a quiet, comfortable and totally private stay. Other things to note Below are the additional costs applicable during your stay. Security Deposit To guarantee the care and maintenance of the property, a security deposit of €300 is required. This deposit is used as a security deposit and will be returned by bank transfer within a maximum of 24 hours after check-out, once it has been verified that there is no damage to the property and that all house rules have been complied with. Tourist Tax (Ecotax): A tourist tax of €4.40 per person per night will be charged. This eco-tax is a contribution aimed at preserving and improving Mallorca's environment and cultural heritage. These charges will be added to the total cost of your reservation and will be paid in cash at check-in. If you prefer to pay these charges by bank transfer, the transfer must be completed before check-in. Bank details and transfer instructions will be provided once the booking is confirmed.
