Welcome to the Bottega del Sarto, a 50-square-meter apartment spread over three levels in the heart of Palestrina, a historic village just 40 minutes from Rome. Located in the heart of the historic center, the house enjoys a privileged position. The three windows offer a view of characteristic staircases and picturesque alleys. Just open the door to find yourself a short walk from the main street, where you can discover craft shops, typical restaurants and a timeless atmosphere. The space The house is very bright thanks to the 3 panoramic windows that, from top to bottom, offer a splendid view of one of the characteristic staircases of the village of Palestrina, giving suggestive views of the alleys and the historical heritage of the village. The restored antique furniture harmoniously intertwines with contemporary details, creating an intimate, elegant atmosphere full of personality. Every detail, from the choice of materials to the warm colors, recalls the artisan tradition and history of the place, making your stay an authentic and memorable experience. FIRST FLOOR: Upon entering, you will be greeted by a bright and cozy living area, with comfortable armchairs and a well-stocked bookcase with books in Italian and English, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploration. For the little ones, games are also available. The large window floods the room with natural light and directly overlooks the main street, making this space the beating heart of the house. SECOND FLOOR: Going upstairs, you will find a nice living room with a comfortable sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen. It is the perfect place to prepare and share meals: the refrigerator, oven, gas stove, moka pot, kettle and toaster are at your disposal to meet every culinary need. The spacious table can accommodate up to four people, creating the ideal environment for slow breakfasts or dinners with friends. THIRD FLOOR: On the top floor, the bedroom welcomes you with its intimate and relaxing style. Equipped with a smart TV, air conditioning, and high-quality linens, this space is designed for your comfort. The bathroom, small but functional, is complete with shower and bidet. The internal staircase connects the three floors, which develop as an open space environment without doors, giving the house an airy and modern atmosphere. We are happy to welcome families with children! However, we would like to inform you that our apartment is spread over three floors and has two flights of stairs. For this reason, it may not be the ideal solution for families with very young children or for people with reduced mobility. If you have any questions or special needs, we are at your disposal!
