EASTER Beach, Snow, Landscapes The place is in THE TROPICAL COAST of Granada, in ITRABO, A historic, quiet village, mentioned by Gerald Brenam, near beachfront towns such as Almuñécar, Salobreña, Motril. Very close to GRANADA. Walking distance to SIERRA NEVADA, and even closer to the BEACH and THE COUNTRYSIDE. It is located at the foot of the A7 highway, which allows you to quickly travel to Andalusian cities, such as ALMERÍA, MÁLAGA, MARBELLA, CÓRDOBA, SEVILLE... WELCOME. The space I am in ITRABO, a beautiful town in Granada on the Costa Tropical and I will describe my house to you. The house is a "MAIN" village house. It has two doors on the street, one is an old block (40m2) that is used as a warehouse to store luggage, beach hammocks, skis or other objects. The other door is the entrance to the house, on the ground floor there is a living/dining room and a large kitchen. Going up to the floor we find three bedrooms, the first with a 135 bed and a small refrigerator to have water, soft drinks… at hand. The second room has a 135 cm bed and a 90 cm bed (designed for children or dependents). These two rooms have views of the countryside, and the third room has a balcony overlooking beautiful views of the village and has a 135 bed. All rooms have TVs and are furnished with Ikea furniture. All the original walls, doors and windows have been respected but properly painted, arranged and adapted so as not to lose the identity of the property, which is a gem. Finally, we have a staircase that leads to the 60 m2 covered terrace that has been prepared for barbecuing, reading peacefully, sunbathing, there is water to cool off, watch TV or listen to music. It has a large refrigerator with a large freezer, microwave and barbecue. 3 tables, and chairs to eat or play cards, dominoes... with views of everything, the countryside and in the distance you can see the sea and nearby mountains. Guest access Guests can use all areas of the house The terrace is covered, it has been remodeled and during the daytime hours there is a private SOLARIUM. The terrace has everything you need to have a good barbecue, or spend a long time relaxing. It is a comfort zone, TV, music, with a refrigerator, barbecue tables, chair and from it you can see magnificent landscapes including tropical beaches. Other things to note Every morning, breakfast will be available (coffee with milk or a smoothie for children, and toast with butter/jam and cookies). Since there are many plants, most of them native to our fields, every 2 or 3 days the housekeeper/gardener will come to water the pots while taking the opportunity to review the cleaning of the floors and the bathroom (if the guests want, they will also review the rooms). The linen as well as the towels, in stays of a week or more, are changed every 3 or 4 days. On the terrace, so as not to disturb neighbors, it is advisable not to play loud music or speak loudly after 11:30 pm, but you can be talking or having a drink or a soft drink.
