Any evidence of indoor smoking will result in a penalty fee and may affect your stay. 🐾 No Pets Allowed Pets are not permitted on the property. If animal hair or odor is detected, an additional deep-cleaning fee will be charged. 🔥 Grill Use A BBQ grill is available by the pool area. Please notify us in advance if you plan to use it so we can arrange a propane refill ($60 per tank). Unauthorized use or late notice may result in the grill being unavailable upon arrival. 💧 Pool Heater Service Pool heating is optional and available for $60 USD per day. Maximum water temperature is 80°F (27°C) — comfortably warm but not hot, per residential standards. This service must be requested and paid before check-in to allow setup.
