New ownership, same great place! Welcome to Blue Creek Farms! We are excited to share our hidden gem, 15 minutes from Hot Springs. There’s so much to do here you may not want to leave though! Atv/walking/biking trails, 10 mile creek frontage, and even a beach with a crystal clear swimming hole! The space Bring your atvs, bikes, or just plain old tennis shoes to take advantage of our trails! Our swimming hole is crystal clear with a rock bed and beach. Roughly 6-8 feet deep in main part. Or simply sit by the bustling creek and relax to the sounds and sites of the beautiful waterfall. Water levels do drop during the dry season. Massive wrap around, covered porch with sunbathing open end. Daybed swing, dining table, and sectional on covered end. Ceiling height in kitchen and bath are low due to loft above, but cathedral ceiling in LR and spacious MBR make up for it. Charcoal grill and 10 acres to enjoy! Guest access Swimming hole, 10 acres of trails, covered porch. Swimming hole is is roughly 2-3 minute walk from cabin down a wide, main path. There are several creeks surrounding cabin and trails that stem from main drive. Other things to note We love our trails and creek. And we want to continue sharing with other families as this type of property is so hard to find. We created our paradise based on other properties we’ve visited with our atvs and believe me, we broke the mold with this one! If you do choose to bring atvs, bikes, or other riding equipment, please note we will ask for a liability contract to be signed releasing us from harm. We will also hold all guests accountable for any damage to trails, property, theft, or garbage left behind. We want to continue sharing our property so please treat with upmost care so we can! Max of 2 small pets and pre-approval is required.
