Cute older house with modern amenities. Located right downtown within a block from the playpark, Lake Wailes lake, walking path, and the historic downtown shopping area. All of the appliances in the home are brand new, as well as the washer and dryer. There is a large TV in the living room, as well as one in each bedroom - each with Roku and Netflix. Each bedroom also has a mini split A/C unit to sleep as cold, or hot, as you like. Parking is in the rear covered carport. The space The house is approximately 80-100 years old with the original floors throughout most of the house. The home has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. Both bedrooms have a queen size bed, TV and mini-split A/C. And keeping in the AirBNB theme, there is a queen size blow up deluxe 18" mattress in the closet that can be used for 2 more guests. The bathroom and kitchen have both just been renovated with new tile, cabinets and appliances. The internet is fast and there is a failover backup in case the primary internet goes down. Unfortunately, the yard is still getting worked on but should have new sod within a few weeks. There is no fence around the yard. If you have more than one car or a boat or trailer you can park on the side beside the alley, or in the front yard. Other things to note The alley to the carport is used by many so please do not block it. Feel free to park in the carport, front, back or side yard, or even the road. Just don't park in the alley. We are located one block from the school sports field and so occasionally there may be bright lights or loud noise over the speakers. No smoking or vaping in the house. ABSOLUTELY NO MARIJUANA ON THE PREMISES INSIDE OR OUT.
