Comfortable chairs with cushions make this area an ideal spot for soaking up the Florida sunshine, sharing meals, or simply relaxing. In the fall we can heat the pool for guests for an additional fixed price of $30 per day. Guest access Full Home Access The entire property at Florida Dream Home is accessible for your use, including all bedrooms , bathrooms, living areas , kitchen , and outdoor spaces . Whether you’re relaxing by the pool , enjoying a cozy evening indoors, or making use of the fully equipped kitchen, the home is yours to enjoy throughout your stay. 🍹 Bar and Grill Access 🏡✨ Guests staying at Florida Dream Home have access to the onsite Bar & Grill restaurant, which is open to the public and located at the clubhouse as you enter the resort. Optional Clubhouse Amenities The clubhouse, splash park, and clubhouse pool are privately owned and not included with your stay. If you wish to use these facilities, there is a $20 per person, per day charge, payable directly at the clubhouse. Bathroom & Kitchen Essentials We want to ensure you have a comfortable and hassle-free stay at Florida Dream Home, so we’ve provided some starter essentials to get you going. In each bathroom, you’ll find complimentary shower gels and shampoos, along with a starter supply of toilet rolls, with an extra roll stored under the sink. In the kitchen, we’ve provided washing-up liquid and some complimentary dishwasher tablets to make cleaning up easy.
