House comes equipped with boat lift (10,000lb boat) and dock to tie up your boat during your stay. Located minutes away on the same canal is a marina for easy fuel and dropping your vessel into the water. Local restaurant and bars are within a short distance from the home. If your looking to rent a boat for your stay there are a few options such as Get My Boat, which will drop off the boat at the marina less than .5 mile from the home, and is dropped at the same canal of the home. Additionally, a tandem kayak and paddle board are available which are great for the canal to check out the fishes, manatees and even dolphins!
