Convenient keyless entry makes check-in seamless. Please note: the condo is located on the second floor & there is no elevator. Other things to note Guests will need to purchase their own parking passes before their arrival. The first vehicle is $50 and a second vehicle is an additional $50. Additional fees may apply if guests wait to make their pass upon arrival at the security gate. What resort amenities are included in your reservation? → You'll have access to all pools + hot tubs, kid's splash pad, fitness center, private beach access, restaurant/snack shop, and the resort shuttle—all included at no extra cost. Sports courts are free to use, with a small fee for equipment rentals (paddles, balls, etc.). The golf course is also available for an additional fee and can be booked on-site at the clubhouse. Guests aged 13+ are required to wear a wristband while on the resort grounds. These wristbands will be provided and can be found inside the condo upon arrival. Guests must be at least 25 years or older to reserve per HOA rules. Security Deposit - After booking, guests will complete a quick pre-arrival agreement and a refundable $300 hold will be placed on your card prior to check-in. If there is no damage to the unit, nothing missing, or excessive cleaning required, the hold will be released within 7 days after your stay.
