The space Bedrooms 4 bedrooms across two floors: - First Floor: Two bedrooms, each with a queen bed — ideal for parents, grandparents, or anyone who prefers to avoid stairs. - Second Floor: Two bedrooms — one with a queen bed and another with two twin beds, giving a second family, teens, or younger kids their own space. Beds: 5 total. Bathrooms: Full bathrooms on each floor. Living Room: A spacious gathering area featuring a large Smart TV with Roku. Kitchen: Well-equipped with appliances and cookware. Kitchen: A well‑equipped kitchen stocked with essential appliances, cookware, and tools. Dining Area: Seats six comfortably, and up to eight when the table leaf is added. A/C: Mitsubishi Electric Split A/C units in all the bedrooms and living room ensure optimal comfort throughout the home. Laundry: Washer and dryer available in the basement. Outdoor Relaxation: Enjoy the peaceful enclosed back porch and deck overlooking the backyard. Family‑Friendly Amenities: High chairs, a toddler booster seat, Pack ’n Play, playpen, infant/toddler travel bathtub, and children’s books are available to make travel with young children easier and more comfortable. A shower chair for elderly is also available. Guest access Enjoy full access to the home, including a fenced backyard that borders the woods—an ideal spot for children to play and explore. Self check‑in is easy with a secure keypad code. Entry is through the side door facing the driveway; please avoid using the front door on the street side. A two‑car garage and a spacious driveway provide ample parking. Other things to note Registered guests: Only those listed on the reservation are permitted to stay overnight at the property. Reservation and Guest Policy Compliance: To ensure fairness and comfort for all, any violation of our reservation limits or failure to disclose additional guests will incur full nightly charges for each extra guest, plus a 50% penalty per person, per night. Safety Measures: Our property features Ring security cameras. These cameras are external and outward-facing, ensuring privacy within interior spaces. They record video and sound when activated by motion. Smoking Policy: Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the house. A $500 cleaning fee will be assessed for deep cleaning to remove any smoke odor before the next guest checks in. However, you’re welcome to smoke outside in the breezeway - an attached room by the garage. Please use the provided ashtray. Location and neighborhood: Our home is conveniently located near the downtown area and the recently updated Veterans Memorial Park swimming pool with a splash pad. Abundant restaurants, grocery stores, and pharmacies are within easy walking distance. Early Check-in Availability: Should you wish to arrive earlier than our 4:00 PM check‑in, simply let us know beforehand. When the schedule allows, we’re pleased to provide early check‑in at a reduced rate so you can begin your stay comfortably. The home is available for short-term rentals and mid-term stays.
