The kitchen, though compact, is fully equipped with a full-size stove, fridge, dishwasher, and microwave, making meal prep a breeze. The apartment also includes a well-appointed bathroom and all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. It is located almost right in the center of downtown Caguas witch means you will be at walking distance from local restaurants, "panadería" (local bakery), coffee shops, live events (usually on the weekends) and more. This apartment is equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances and brand new quality dinnerware and utensils. This property has a backup power generator for uninterrupted comfort. Guest access The entire apartment #203 is for our guests to enjoy including the balcony accessible from the bedroom with the king size bed. Other things to note This apartment is on the second floor and does not have an elevator. Guests have to go up a flight of stairs to get to it. There is no private parking. You can park at any available space on the street. The cost is $1.00 per hour Monday through Friday 7am to 6pm and it's free after 6pm and weekends. You can also park at several parking garages that are at a walking distance away. On weekend nights parking is a little harder to find close to the apartment since the apartment is close to where most of the night activity takes place (restaurants, clubs, the town center square etc.) and people flood in. There are live events that take place on some weekends and they can be loud. They usually end right at 11pm but some people drive around the area with loud music and loud vehicles late at night on weekend nights. This apartment has an emergency back up generator just in case the city power goes offline. On rush hours in the morning the drive to San Juan could take longer than 25 min. A "fast lane" alternative is available from Caguas to the metro area for an extra toll (from Caguas to San Juan AM and from San Juan to Caguas PM).
