Come to our oasis in the middle of the beautiful town of Arroyo. You will find a very spacious and comfortable place for you and your accompanying guests. We have a bedroom with a queen bed. Two additional full beds privately separated (as shown in pictures) under the same space. A full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and a huge balcony for your enjoyment. Come and enjoy our place, strategically located walking distance to the lively area of Arroyo's malecon. The space There are plenty of places to visit around as you will be very close to Guayama and Patillas. A 5-min walk will take you to plenty of restaurants and bars, including the El Malecón area where you can walk around, hear to some music and relax. Only registered guests are allowed into the property. - It is extremely important NOT to SMOKE inside the property, this is strictly prohibited. If you do so, you will be charged a penalty fee for additional cleaning expenses as required. The only designated smoking areas are outside by the sidewalk and onwards. Guest access The property is located on the second level. You will climb a set of stairs and will have access to the villa by using a digital code.
