Comfortable house and very well located in the beautiful Balneario de Tortugas, the house has lots of natural light, beautiful ocean views, a small pool and spacious terraces where you can sunbathe, or eat overlooking the ocean. You can walk to the beach in 3 minutes. A place to enjoy with family or friends. Tortugas has sunshine all year round!! Don't forget your aquashoes!! The space The house has three levels. On the first level is the garage (garage inside the house for 3 cars) and a large terrace facing the sea with a swimming pool. On the second level there is another large terrace with a grill that connects to the living room of the house.... All rooms have a bathroom and shower (2 of the showers have hot water). The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you need and full kitchenware. In Tortugas there is no drinking water. The house is handed over to you with a 2500-liter tank full of water. If you run out during your stay, refilling it is at the expense of the person renting the house. The approximate cost is US$12. Upon entering the house, you will be provided with the phone number of the cistern that fills the tanks. Guest access Guests also have access to the terrace and pool and use of the first level garage. The use of the Kayak is also included in the services. The responsibility for the use of the Kayak is the responsibility of those who rent it, it must be transported and used responsibly and carefully. Other things to note All rooms have a bathroom and shower. Sheets are included in the rental. Shower towels are optional and if you want them, there is an extra charge (7 soles per shower towel). Shower towels cannot be used for the beach.
