Comfortable and very well located house in the beautiful Turtle Spa, the house has a lot of natural light, beautiful sea views, a small pool and large terraces where you can sunbathe, or eat looking at the sea. You can walk to beach in 3 minutes. A place where you can enjoy with friends. Turtles have sunshine all year long !! Don't forget your aquashoes !! The space The house has three levels, on the first level is the garage (garage inside the house for 3 cars, this area is shared) and a large terrace facing the sea with a shared pool. On the second level has another large private terrace with grill (only for use by those who rent the house) that connects to the living room of the house.... All rooms have bathroom and shower (2 of the showers have hot water). The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you need and complete utensils. In Tortugas there is no drinking water, the house is delivered to them with a full tank of 2500 liters, if they run out in their stay, fill it again at the expense of the one who rents the house. TEMPORARY NOTE (FOR COVID-19 SAFETY): the shared sized areas will only be used by guests who rent the house (pool and large terrace) Guest access Guests also have access to the terrace and swimming pool and use of the first level garage. Kayaking is also included in the services. The responsibility for the use of the Kayak is in charge of those who rent, must be transported and used with responsibility and care. Other things to note All rooms have a bathroom and shower. Sheets are included in the rent . Shower towels are optional and if desired have an extra cost (7 soles per shower towel). Shower towels cannot be used for the beach.
