The 3rd bedroom looks out to Hinchinbrook Island. There are 3 Bathrooms & a spa bath in the main ensuite. Lower level dbl bedroom adjacent a bathroom, large shower, toilet & vanity suited for guests who prefer not to use the staircase. Potentially suitable for wheelchair access depending on width.
