This spacious place features three comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with a full-size bed for a restful night's sleep. In addition, each room has a dresser and a nightstand with a lamp, so you can organize your belongings and enjoy a relaxing atmosphere. The closets in each room offer ample space to store your clothes and accessories. For your convenience, the apartment also has a full laundry room, equipped with a washing machine and dryer, so you can keep your clothes fresh and clean throughout your stay. Guest access Once you arrive at the Paseo del Puerto complex, you will dial the code 101# and our host will open it remotely. To access the parking lot, continue straight until you see the gazebo. Before the gazebo, you must turn left and then automatically make a left turn and continue to the end of the street. You will find that it is the first parking lot and is distanced from the others. This offers better security for your vehicle. The parking lot is labeled 101. Only one vehicle should be parked at a time. To access the interior of the Villa, ask the host for the access code to the front door. This code will be used throughout your stay. Other things to note Behind the front door you will find the key to the pedestrian gate with access to the beach and the control of the main gate. This key and the remote control must be kept under the highest security standards. Losing the key carries a $200 fee and losing the remote control carries a $150 fee that will be billed to the guest.
