Guest access Casa Cutuq is located inside a gated community, just 35 minutes away from the city. Guests will have exclusive access to the house, private pool and garden. Access to the beach is through a pedestrian exit at the south-west side of the complex, a short stroll will take you to the seashore. Important: due to gated community regulations, entry is not permitted after 10pm, applies for check-in and during the rest of the stay. Other things to note -No pets allowed -Beach access: the complex has pedestrian access to the beach; access to the club is not included -Visitors: a maximum of 2 day visitors is allowed for stays longer than one night -Quiet hours and Entry: Quiet hours and entry cutoff time is 10pm -Safety and parking: the property has 2 open parking spaces in front of the house. There is no individual gate, but it is secure as it is inside the gated and monitored complex -Natural surroundings: we strive to keep the space clean and welcoming using eco-friendly methods. Due to the open design and closeness to nature, local wildlife may occasionally appear on the property. We invite our guests to be respectful of the flora and fauna and not to pick fruits or plants from the garden -Prime location: minutes from supermarkets, restaurants, and local attractions, with easy access to El Tunco and Surf City, which means that occasional street noise may be heard -Reservation changes: date changes are not allowed within 7 days of check-in
