Other things to note The apartment is located on a hill about 5 km from the historic center of Trento, it is well connected to the city by public transport such as buses (two stops for 2 separate lines both 300 m from the property) and the train whose station of Villazzano is 1.3 km from the property but equipped with a bus stop to easily reach the apartment. Upon arrival, you will find the basic products necessary for cooking (oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, coffee) We provide clean towels. House Rules: Respect the quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. The apartment is for non-smokers, we kindly ask you to use the ashtrays located on the balcony and not to smoke inside the house. Access allowed only to registered guests It is strictly forbidden to bring unregistered people into the accommodation at the time of check-in. Prohibition of receiving visits or external guests Visits, meetings, gatherings, or the entry of third parties not indicated in the reservation are not allowed for any reason. 3. Obligation to present identity documents All guests must provide a valid ID for registration with the relevant authorities (Alloggiati Web). Refusal will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. 4. Proper and respectful use of the property The property must be used exclusively for tourist purposes. Any misuse, contrary to the house rules or current legislation, is prohibited. 5. Cancellation of the reservation Any violation of the aforementioned rules constitutes grounds for immediate cancellation of the reservation and may result in the removal of guests without refund.
