Large and cozy house. Property located in the south zone of SP, near the Guarapiranga dam, Interlagos racetrack, Vibe São Paulo and well-known concert halls in the south zone. Note: sleeps only 9 guests The space The house accommodates 9 people for sleeping. (For events, we authorize up to 16 guests for Day use. Living room with 43" smart TV, retractable sofa and work area. There are 2 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed 1 bedroom with 2 trundle beds The kitchen is complete, two-door refrigerator, 5-burner stove, air fryer, rice cooker and all kitchen utensils. The barbecue area contains large barbecue, with cupboard and kitchen utensils, sink, rest chairs and dining table with 8 seats. Laundry with washer and tank. Parking: we do not have our own parking, however the street and the neighborhood are residential and quite quiet, allowing the use of public spaces easily and safely.
