The deposit is fully refundable, provided the home is left in the same condition as upon check-in. As a non-smoking property, smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and on balconies or decks, in accordance with local ordinances. Our cleaning staff arrives promptly at checkout to prepare for our next guests. There will be a late checkout charge of $150 for the first 30 minutes, and a charge of $150 for each 30 mins. thereafter, unless complimentary check-out has been given by the host prior.
