The upgrades are endless, with everything new! This property is the perfect retreat and a rare find with a sandy beach and swimming dock on a private Lake Norman property! With so many windows on the lakeside, every room in the home has a fantastic view. Owners have provided a 6 person hot tub, Board games, Corn-Hole, giant-sized Connect-4, 2 SUP boards & kayaks, fishing poles available for use during your stay. Guests are greeted with a large open-concept living, dining, and kitchen room combo with a large wall of windows and sliders to the deck. This open area has vaulted ceilings with gorgeous wooden beams over the whole area. The dining area has a table with seating for six. There are two living areas: the main area facing the shiplap fireplace has a leather couch and chair to watch the game. Adjacent to the living area is a perfect reading area or place to grab a coffee and watch the sun in two oversized leather chairs. The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for all meal preparation and has everything you need, including a drip and K-cup coffee maker and a large prep island with seating for three. The primary bedroom en suite is on the main floor with a wall of windows and sliders to the deck. Waking up to the lake views will be a challenge to leave! The ensuite bath features dual sinks and a large glass shower. On the main level are two more bedrooms, a King bedroom and a bunk room with two sets of twin beds. These bedrooms share a hall bathroom. The Lower Level features two bedrooms, a king and two queen bedrooms, a shared hall bath, and a family room. The family room boasts a large, comfy sectional, wet bar, TV, giant bean bag, and pool table. Sliders lead to the lower-level patio, providing easy lake access. Outside at the Driftwood Manor at the Lake is where guests will enjoy most of their time. There is a floating dock boat slip in deep water and a floating swim platform for water play. Enjoy time at the covered dock relaxing in the shade over the water or jumping in for a swim. There is even an outdoor shower to rinse the sand off before coming inside.
