Other things to note This is a private lakefront home located on Lake Norman. A minimum 3-night stay is required. To confirm your reservation, guests must complete and sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and provide a gov't ID . The hot tub, dock, and kayaks are provided for guest enjoyment and are used at your own risk. Guests must follow all posted safety guidelines at all times. Children must be supervised. Life jackets are required when using kayaks, and use of lake amenities is subject to weather and water conditions. Use of these amenities implies acknowledgment of these risks and acceptance of responsibility. For safety and security, exterior cameras monitor entry points only and do not record interior spaces. Tampering with or disabling security devices may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund.
