Lake level has a primary king bedroom and bathroom (lake level bathroom has easy access to outside), game room, and theatre room. Oversized bonus room (with queen bed) and bathroom over the upper garage with private bathroom. Enjoy darts, shuffle board and foosball or step outside and enjoy the paddle boards, kayaks, cornhole, volleyball and croquet. Private beach and cove is perfect for all ages to enjoy the water on the main channel yet buffered from large waves. Guest access Attic, lower storage garage, storage room and owners closet will be locked. Guests have access to the upper garage and the remainder of the house.
