Peaceful country house, in the heart of a small Auvergnat village. Fully renovated. Accommodating 4 people, see 2 more people on an extra sofa bed. The space DRC: kitchen/dining room/living room, bathroom and toilet Upstairs: play area, work area, one bedroom with queen size bed 160/200 and one bedroom with 2 single beds. Linens provided. Beds will be made upon arrival. 2 towels provided per person. A cellar, with some children's bikes available. Other things to note We have a farm of 250 chickens near the Paysan'ge. This will allow you to buy good fresh eggs if you like. We also have a farm of Aubracs cows and three Highlands cows. You'll have the opportunity to see them during your walks depending on the season. A desk, set in front of the home, offers " the Tiago hike". You can flash the QR code to have more details on this beautiful 11km walk. You also have several photo frames in the accommodation, each photo represents a mountain walk taken on our excursions. On each of them are specified, the location and altitude to give you ideas for hikes. You will find all the necessary amenities in Mauriac (10 min) supermarkets, bakeries,cinemas,swimming pool,library, hospital, tourist office... and steps away from the house: -Bike path of 18 km A/R -Betanque court - Kids games -City park -Bar/grocery/restaurant If you need anything else, please let me know.
