The space Arriving into the Villa, you will dive into the nature, thanks to a spacious living room with large windows, offering an aerial view over the trees, beach and ocean. Immediately enjoy the uniqueness of the property, when directly accessing the beach, and watching your private spectacular sunset. Enjoy relaxing in the terrace area and take a nap in the hammock. The property has 3 bedrooms, two of which are equipped with king beds and one with 3 single beds, perfect for the kids. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. . You will also love the infinity pool, the outdoor shower and a barbecue area with a concrete dining table for 10 people. The villa offers a "starlink" wifi connection 25 to 30 mb Guest access Most of our guests are arriving by ferry and we graciously include your transportation from and to the ferry dock (which is on the other side of the Island) to our villa in your package. If you are not coming with the ferry (or if you have a part of the group arriving or leaving at different dates than the reservation dates) you will have to organize the transportation on your own and assume the cost and the logistic. In both cases, please indicate to us your exact arrival time. The type of transportation from the dock (boat or small 4x4) can change depending of the availability of vehicles on the island and also of the weather and road conditions. Please be advised that should you arrive to the house by the beach side, the access will be via steep stairs. Let us know before your arrival if you are travelling with a senior person or very young kids in order to manage your arrival in the best way that we can. This property is not adapted for people with ambulatory challenges. Other things to note Amenities: The property is rented on a self-catered basis. As such, we provide some basic amenities such as toilet paper, soap, etc., to facilitate your arrival, but it's the guest's responsibility to replenish as needed. Food: We recommend that you to bring your own food. It’s easy and cool to cook at the villa, and we provide a BBQ. Water: Our family has been drinking the tap water from the island wells without any problem for the last 12 years, we believe you can safely use the tap water unless you have some special condition or allergies. Restaurants: The best option for our guests is the restaurant "La Choza", located on another beach, within walking distance. This place is managed by a lovely young couple, Jean-Baptiste and Elie. They offer a nice menu with fresh fish and other delicious local meals and pizzas.
