The space We have a large gated property, with beautiful outdoor spaces, including a refreshing pool, which is cleaned daily. Our poolside palapa is a wonderful place to relax with a book in the shade, feeling the refreshing trade winds, or to gather to socialize for cocktail hour with family and friends. We have lounge chairs around the pool, and a comfortable daybed on the master bedroom patio, for afternoon naps, or to enjoy a great book, with a view to the ocean. Our 2nd storey balcony with dining table for six, makes for a stunning setting for dining el fresco. Inside on the 2nd storey you'll find a spacious open concept living, dining and kitchen area, with AC and ceiling fans. Our kitchen is a cooks dream, with high end appliances and ample counter space for meal prep. Two large sliding doors lead out to the balcony, and provide lots of natural light, and a fresh breeze. Off the main living area you'll find two spacious bedrooms, the master, and 2nd bedroom. The master bedroom features a king bed, walkout patio and en suite with large walk in shower, and double vanity. The 2nd bedroom is spacious, with a queen bed and a full bath with walk in shower just out side the door. Downstairs the are two additional bedrooms, one with two bunk-beds and the other with a queen. A full bath with walk in shower services the lower level. The downstairs living area and kitchenette offers a 2nd living space, great for the kids, or some separation for two families travelling together. The living room features a loveseat and HDTV with streaming services. Off the living room a sliding glass door provides direct access to the pool and palapa. Known as Villa Lespwas, this property has been on AirBnB for several years as a 5 star property, hosted by its previous owners Cheryl and Laurens. Lespwa is a the Haitian creole word for "Hope". The previous owners of the property were involved in humanitarian work in Haiti and the Villa was used for vacations for missionaries working in Haiti.
