Come relax in a quiet tranquil setting at Relaxxer-B located in a cul-de-sac on Lake Catherine with lake access and wood views. This cozy studio unit sleeps 2 comfortably, coffee bar with air fryer, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer, electric fireplace, private bathroom, and work area, along with 2 smart TV’s with 5G high speed WiFi. The space Located inside Diamondhead community and located minutes away from Lake Catherine State Park, Hot Springs, Oaklawn Racetrack and Casino, Garvin Gardens, and Magic Springs. Guests have access to Diamondhead amenities to include Olympic size pool (in season), lighted tennis/pickle ball/ basketball courts, frisbee golf, playground, 18 hole PGA course, clubhouse with bar and grill. Neighborhood has a small boat launch if you want to bring kayaks or launch in Lake Catherine State Park. Guest access Relaxxer-B is one of two units located on the first floor of our home built in 2023. Each unit has a private smart lock entrance and shared patio area. We live above on the second and third floors. The unit is secured from the main house. Lock code provided on the day of check-in. Other things to note Parking is located at the top of driveway on left for one car per unit. There is a pull-up for one car in front of units to load and unload. Steps down from top of driveway from parking area. As you enter the unit, you will find lanyard with a key card for entering the community (when gate is locked) and a separate key card or wrist fob for entering pool. Please note there will be a $25 charge for each card and/or fob lost. There are NO pets and No smoking allowed and any evidence of a pet brought into the premises or smoking inside and on the property will result in a $100 charge.
