You'd love this apartment because it has been designed to fit upto 4 guests comfortably with 1 King-size bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Full floor mattress (sleeps 2). You would be mesmerized by Cebu city's beauty overlooking the balcony on the 47th floor. A bathtub and a laundry washer are ready for your use. The space You will see the full kitchen on your righthand side upon entry into the space. A full bathroom behind the door on your left has shower water heater, and a tub for you to soak in. A 4-seater wooden dining set comes after the kitchen and a sleep sofa awaits just beside it. The living area has a couch (sleeps 1), 43" TV has been mounted on the wall for your entertainment needs. Use your own Netflix account. The 2 square meters balcony is where you will see 180 degrees of Metro Cebu which includes the brand new Cebu-Cordova bridge as well as the notable Malls and skycrapers. The bedroom is 4 meters x 3.5 meters large which encloses the KING BED, a wardrobe cabinet and a dresser. A double 54" wide floor mattress is available if needed. The toilet has a jack-and-jill doors leading into the bedroom and the kitchen area. It has a bathtub, hot shower heater and a washer for your laundry needs. NOTE: only window type airconditioners are allowed to be installed in the building. Window type ACs produce some noise that is not recommended for light sleepers. Do not book this listing if you are sensitive to light noise when sleeping. Guest access You will have access to all amenities inside the apartment/condo as well as the shared pool and leizure area on the 9th floor. Pool is FREE for all guests BUT only 3 at a time per unit can enter the pool area to avoid over crowding. The group over 3 cannot swim together. Also subject to pool availability and overall max occupancy. Swimming Pool Schedule (subject to change without notice) 8am- 8pm (Wed - Mon) Tuesday (close for Maintenance) The gym is only free for monthly renters no excemption. There is a pay per use gym at Basement 1. Other things to note A. Valid Government-Issued IDs OR Valid Passports with English names must be available upon check-in for all staying guests. B. Only registered guests can use the elevator or stairs and stay in the unit. All additional guests (family, friend or anybody) must submit their IDs to the office and get approved before letting them in (subject to max occupancy). No approval, NO ENTRY. NO EXEMPTION. C. Maximum number if guests is 4. NO EXCEMPTION. We will not approve any more guests over this limit no matter what the reason is. The receptionists or security guards will NOT allow any person over this limit into the unit. They cannot approve any additional guests during check-in. Please do not attempt to sneak in any more person into the unit. Penalty will be 2,000 PHP per occurrence and cancellation of the booking without refunds to the unused nights. D. Only 3 registered guests including kids can use the swimming pool with no additional charge. Swimmers over this limit will pay to the admin 300 per person per use. Swimming without wristband violation is 1,000 php per occurrence per head. Proper swimming attire is STRICTLY required. Bathing suits for women and swim trunks for men. Approved rush guards maybe worn with attendants approval. 1,000 php per violation will be imposed. E. No smoking, no vaping, no drug use, no drinking, no gambling, no loud noise/music and no partying in the building NOR in the room NOR on the balcony. 5,000 php will be imposed for each violation AND cancellation of booking without refund on unused days for house rules violation. F. Good conduct is required when dealing with the receptionists, guards, cleaners and all staff. Shouting, intimidating, being mean to all personells above will lead to all party escorted out the building, booking cancelled without refunds. Early check-in an Late Check-out IS ALLOWED IF AVAILABLE. We charge 250 pesos per extra hour(s). Lost or Unreturned Elevator Card will cost you 1,000 PHP. Lost door key will cost you 1,000 PHP as this is a special key that requires a special way of duplicating it. The gym is only free for monthly renters no exemption. There is a pay per use gym at Basement 1. We do not provide 5-Gallon water for safety reasons. You need to order it yourself if you want it. Booking means you agree to all the rules stated above.
