These items have been cleaned within this home using ordinary household dishwashing facilities & agents. They have not been sanitized according to Federal & State standards for public service establishments This property includes an internal Minut smart device to measure noise levels over 85 decibels. It does not have a camera but measures only volume levels throughout the home and outside. This property features 2 exterior security cameras. One is at the front facing the front door entrance. The other is under the carport facing the entrance door. Please do not put the following in toilets: paper towels, sanitary products, baby wipes & other cleaning wipes as they will clog the pipes, and you could be responsible for the cost to clear the sewer line Please Note: It is unlawful for a sexual offender or sexual predator to occupy this residence` if property within 1,400 feet of any school, designated public school bus stop, child day care facility, park or playground or other place where children regularly congregate.
