We’re delighted to share our Cornish home with you. Set in the dunes, just a 5 minute walk to the UK’s best beach and a 3 minute walk to a cosy pub, it’s ideal for relaxed coastal stays year-round. There’s easy parking for 2+ cars, a fully fenced garden, and dogs can be off-lead from the moment they step outside. After beach walks, unwind by the log fire or in the outdoor wood-fired hot tub. Lovingly restored and set up so guests can relax straight away — whether you’re here for summer beach days, crisp coastal walks, or cosy winter weekends. You’ll arrive to easy private parking for at least two cars, and if you’re bringing a dog, you’ll find a fully fenced garden, dog bowls and a dog bed waiting. Best of all, dogs can be off-lead from the moment they step outside, with no roads to worry about. Inside, the house is warm, spacious and comfortable. The three bedrooms are calm and inviting, each with comfortable mattresses and plenty of storage for longer stays. Downstairs is designed for shared time. Light the log fire and settle in with a book or the Smart TV, enjoy a moment at the piano, or gather in the bright conservatory for meals cooked in the fully equipped kitchen. We’ve left board games, jigsaws and books — the kind of things we enjoy ourselves on slower days. The beach is an easy 5 - 10 minute walk, with towels, bodyboards and games ready to grab. When you feel like staying closer to home, enjoy the garden, cook on the gas/coal mix BBQ, soak in the wood-fired hot tub, or simply relax and listen to the sea air moving through the dunes. From coastal path walks and scenic train trips to St Ives, to exploring St Michael’s Mount or doing very little at all, this is a home that works beautifully in every season. Guest access Guests have full private access to the entire home via a secure lockbox for easy self check-in. There is an adjoining property next door, so we kindly ask guests to be mindful of noise levels, particularly in the evenings, to help keep the area peaceful for everyone. Other things to note We’ve included a range of thoughtful essentials to help you settle in comfortably from the moment you arrive. You’ll find milk on arrival, along with tea, coffee, cooking oil and a selection of spices, so you don’t need to rush to the shops. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap and fresh towels. The kitchen includes dishwasher tablets, washing-up liquid, kitchen roll and cleaning essentials. For cosy evenings, logs are provided for the log burner, with a generous supply available throughout your stay. We also provide beach towels, bodyboards, books, board games and jigsaws, plus practical touches like a hairdryer, clothes airer and cosy throws for year-round comfort. For dogs, there’s a dog bed, bowls, dog towels and a fully fenced garden, making it easy for both you and your dog to relax straight away.
