Please enjoy special experience of staying in a historic storehouse built in 1873. Kids friendly,2 double beds are always available and if there are more people, 3 sets of futons can be set on the tatami space. Kitchen items are well equipped. You can cook your own meals. Located 6 min walk from the nearest station, the supermarket is 3 min walk away. Feather duvets are provided. ★ACCOMMODATES★ Up to 6 guests Guest access You can access the whole house. 1F and 2F ・Free Wifi ・Air conditioner ・Kitchen tools (Kitchen equipment, dishes etc) ・Kitchen knife, cutting board ・ Detergent & sponge for dishes ・Microwave・Electric kettle ・Washer(Dryer function available) ・Tooth brush ＊There are kitchen utensils, but no seasonings. ＊There is a TV in the room, but terrestrial TV is NOT available You can use the video streaming service(Youtube, Netflix) on the TV in the room, but you need to log in with your own account. (Guests without an account will not be able to watch the service.) Other things to note ・ Key information will be sent 3 days prior to check-in. ・ Smoking is prohibited in the entire building(including balcony and entrance etc.). Please search the smoking areas in the neighborhood. If any evidence of smoking is found, a special cleaning fee (including odor removal) may be charged separately. ・Please refrain from noise at night time and early in the morning within the facility. ・When going outside, make sure to close windows, turn off the air conditioning and room lighting. ・ Please pay attention to using cooking ware ,heater, or other fire hazardous equipment. ・Actual costs for repair, replacement, or disposal of damaged or lost equipment or fixtures may be charged separately. ・After check-out, if we find large items such as a suitcase are left in the room,5000 JPY will be charged as a disposal fee. ・It is possibly delayed 1-3 hours depending on conditions of the day. ・Please contact us immediately if the cleaning has been delayed. ・Since this is a private residence cleaning, the finished cleaning may not meet your expectations due to the subjectivity of the viewer. ・Bed linens may differ from those in the photo due to replacement. ※Disclaimer※ We are not responsible for any death or injury at our property. The guest who makes the reservation is 100% responsible for the guest himself/herself and those staying with all guests. 【FAQ】 ・Children accommodation charge Children up to 6 years old are free of charge only when sharing a bed with an adult. 7 years old and older are charged an 1 person’s rate the same as adults. Please be sure to bring your own towels, etc., as we do not provide amenities for children sleeping with parents. ・Telephone service hours 9:00-23:00. Please contact us by e-mail after the above hours or in case of emergency. ・Check-In procedure Self check-in. There is no staff in our facility. After you create a reservation, you will receive an Email for a URL about how to access the room. Also Room Key information will be sent 3 days prior to check-in. We do not accept luggage storage after check-out. ・Primary Languages These rules will be made in Japanese and English. However , if there are any discrepancies or differences between translations , the Japanese version should be pointed out as the primary one regarding the rules.
