Kamo City is located almost in the center of Niigata Prefecture and has long been called the Little Kyoto of Hokuriku. The city is blessed with many historic shrines and temples, as well as natural and historic landscapes. Enjoy a relaxing time in this place with rich natural scenery and a calm atmosphere. The space ■ The first floor is the entrance and the second floor is the accommodation. 　The entrance is on the ground floor, so there are stairs to go up and down to the accommodation. Thanks a lot for your understanding. * Precautions during your stay ■ About noise The following sounds and vibrations may occur around the facility. ・ Because there are railroad tracks and crossings nearby, there is the sound of trains passing, the sound of the breaker, and shaking when trains pass. ・ There is also noise and vibration from dump trucks and large vehicles traveling on nearby roads. ■ Building structure and safety The facility has 2 floors, but the height is equivalent to the 3rd floor. Therefore, there are places where there is a risk of falling, such as stairs, windows, and steps. If you are traveling with small children, be sure to keep an eye on them. ・ Please do not let them climb on the windows or handrails. ・ Please be careful not to run near the stairs. ・ Please also be careful of falling from beds and sofas. * Although we take safety into consideration at this facility, we are not responsible for any injuries or accidents in the facility. Guest access The host family also lives on the same property. Please note that you may hear the host's family (including children) coming and going and talking. The accommodation is a separate building, and we generally do not enter the guest space. You can spend your time freely in the guest room as if you were renting the whole building. About the ■ additional fee (important) We will charge an additional fee for any of the following: 1. Inconsistencies in the number of guests If the actual number of guests is different from the number of guests on the reservation, we will charge the additional person fee + 1.5x the overall amount.Please be sure to contact us in advance if there is any change in the number of guests. * Security cameras are installed outside the building. 2.
