Enjoy the fresh air on a private balcony with sweeping views of the Cebu City skyline. The most special thing about the view is nothing and nobody is above you but the northern sky. The night life in this area is some of the best Cebu has to offer. Parking spot available but not included with the Airbnb rental. The space This rental is a one bedroom corner unit located inside Horizons 101 condominium building adjacent to the famous Mango Square, Cebu City. Walking distance to Fuente Osmeña Circle. Close to bars, banks, restaurants, hospitals, shopping malls, schools and transportation. Mactan airport is approximately 45 minutes drive by taxi. The building has guards and property maintenance staff to assure your safety and needs. There is a 7-Eleven in the lobby area open 24 hours a day. There is a Wash N Dry laundry inside the building as well as several restaurants and food services. The property mgmt company controls the parking and pool areas. Airbnb hosts are not responsible for guests actions in common areas of the building. The corner unit is located on the top floor of tower 2 building. This 32 sqm unit is a 1 bedroom however it can fit up to 4 people. We have a full size folding matress available. The sofa is also good for one or two small persons to sleep on. More than 4 guests are allowed for an additional charge. We understand 😁. We try to accommodate everyone so you will want to stay again and again anytime. Guest access Guests have full access to the condo unit. The front door is accessible by electronic lock and unlocked via passcode. No need to carry a key except for elevator access card only. The elevator card will give you access to your floor, ground, and pool and gym on the 9th level. The pool and gym is available to all Airbnb guests during their stay but the property mgmt closes the pool on Tuesdays for pool cleaning. Guests can bring their laundry to the Wash N Dry laundry facility in the ground level area anytime between 7 and 7. Other things to note Parking is available for guests on a first come first serve basis. The parking is managed by the property mgmt company and is separate from the Airbnb rental. We can assist guests at the lobby to avail a parking spot when they arrive.
