Tropical Villa w/ Mountain Views

Just a short drive from the city, BUKID B&B offers a relaxing staycation with friends and family! The space The villa is situated just along the road on the way to Gullas Drive. From the national highway, you just need to take one right turn and it's all a straight drive to BUKID B&B. It usually takes less than an hour to drive up from the city. The property has three floors, and the B&B is on the first and second levels. The two rooms are on the second floor, and each room can accommodate 5-8 guests each. At the end of the lobby, there is a view of the sea and the city. Two full bathrooms are located on the first level, and as well as the living and dining areas, and kitchen. A grilling and cooking area is also on this floor, where we have basic kitchen tools and utensils, 1 container drinking water, complimentary coffee. If guests would want to use a gas stove, this can be provided for an additional fee. A 5-foot dipping pool, outdoor seating area and activity deck with overlooking mountain, city, and sea views occupy the rest of the first floor. The space is below a coffeeshop (3rd level) which opens Tuesdays to Thursdays at 3-10PM, and Fridays to Sundays at 3-11PM. Noise is mostly minimal. Guests in the B&B may order food and drinks during operating hours. Gullas Drive is just a few steps away, and guests may hike/drive to the area to get a wider view of the cityscape and the sea. There are also a few establishments along the road that guests may explore. Two parking slots inside the property will be provided to guests. For guests who love to sing, we can provide a basic karaoke set-up. :) We've had requests before for decorations, and we do allow this with certain limitations. Just coordinate ahead with us on this matter. Upon check-in, a security deposit will be collected. This amount will be fully refunded to guests upon check-out, provided no additional charges were incurred during the stay. See you soon at BUKID B&B! Other things to note Stairs To enter the property, guests are to go down the stairs to access the rooms and the toilet, living, and pool areas. Senior citizens and persons with disabilities may need assistance. Acoustic Music If you’re planning to book on the weekends, please take note that there’s live acoustic music at the coffeeshop which may be partly audible at the villa. Pick-up and Drop-off Service We have an in-house vehicle that can be booked to pick-up and drop-off guests in Minglanilla town proper, preferably at Anjo World. Fare is at Php 50 per person, minimum of 8 passengers per trip. This vehicle can also be rented for use in the city and nearby attractions. Driver and gas are included in the fee, and the rate depends on the itinerary. Just inform us in advance if you need this service.
