The location is very good: You can walk to Marienplatz - the centre of Munich - in just a few minutes. The flat is right in the centre of the old town - it couldn't be more central! Shopping, restaurants and a perfect connection to the underground - all just a few metres away. You can reach the motorway very quickly via a nearby arterial road. You can start your day with a NESPRESSO coffee and enjoy all the great amenities this flat has to offer. When you arrive, the flat welcomes you in a spacious hallway. You can let your creativity run wild in the kitchen: Here we offer a fully equipped kitchen with electric hob, microwave, oven, plenty of crockery and cooking utensils. With our basic equipment of spices, vinegar and oil, you can get started right away. A large dining area comfortably seats up to 8 people. Your own drinks will find a stylish place in our Globus bar. The bathroom is equipped with a large washbasin, a glass-enclosed shower, a magnifying mirror and hairdryers. Of course, we provide fresh towels and all the essentials such as shower gel and shampoo. A highlight is the bathtub where you can relax. The flat is equipped with a second, separate WC. On the couch, you can enjoy exciting films and series on the 55-inch smart TV, where you can also connect your NETFLIX account. In the evening, three comfortable box-spring double beds await you in three separate bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own wardrobe and storage space. Look forward to a choice of two different pillows and fluffy bed linen. We have lovingly decorated the bedrooms and living room for you with large pictures, stucco mouldings and a harmonious colour scheme. Two of the bedrooms have a comfortable desk that you can use for working. The flat also offers space for a seventh and an eighth guest with the comfortable sofa bed.
