Walking up to our house, you’ll find a welcoming front deck with lots of greenery, an outdoor sofa and chairs. The front door opens up to a Florida room foyer, with a bench, table and lots of natural light. One step up and you will enter our living room with comfortable Poly and Bark leather furniture with a touch of boho from our cute corner egg chair. I think you’ll notice the house feels open, airy and bright with real wood floors running throughout the main living space. The kitchen is adorned with new tile, cabinets and quartz countertops. The adjoining bar seating provides a cozy place to eat breakfast and chat. While some guests prefer to stay in and cook, feel free to order in or take a walk to a nearby restaurant instead. Our neighborhood is known for its Vietnamese flair, but there are numerous options within a mile or less with easy parking. For your mornings, you’ll find a fun coffee bar with a regular brewer, single cup Keurig and French press! Decaf options included. You’ll see an electric kettle and tea station, if that suits you better. You'll find the two bedrooms in our bungalow to be plenty spacious, each with a closet and a smart TV in the master bedroom. Our guests rave about our beds! Our King room is equipped with a trundle bed that features a comfy pull-out Twin XL. We have two full bathrooms. One bathroom is standard size with a tub and the other is equipped with a walk-in shower with glass enclosure. Our laundry machines are tucked into a neat corner next to the closet in the master bedroom which you are welcome to use during your visit free of charge. The master bedroom is plenty big enough to accommodate a desk area which you’ll find useful if some work needs to get done. Our high speed internet connection should be fast enough for your needs. Guest access You are welcome to use any area of 1210 Altaloma except the locked storage room off the kitchen. We promise there’s nothing pretty in there to see. Guests are also asked not to use the driveway or to visit our long term tenants who live in the rear house. Parking is widely available on the street, right in front of the house.
