Located on the 16th floor of Azalea Place Cebu, Gorordo Avenue, Cebu City, the unit comes almost fully equipped with all the essential amenities for a comfortable and memorable stay in the Queen City of the South, Cebu City! The space This beloved Condo unit in Azalea is fully furnished! The space features a fully-equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils, a Japanese-designed dining table with two benches/sofas that can convert into a sleeping bed, and a smart TV with a sound system. The Roku remote offers easy navigation for streaming both free and premium content, including US live TV and Netflix, where you need to log in to your own account. There is a work desk with a chair, along with free fast Wi-Fi for convenience. The balcony includes a coffee table and chairs, perfect for relaxing. The bedroom showcases a Japanese-inspired design, complete with a queen-sized bed, pillows, blankets, a closet, and a dresser. The unit is cooled by two split-type air conditioners, ensuring comfort. The spacious bathroom, located inside the bedroom, is equipped with toiletries, a shower heater, and a bidet. Additionally, the unit has a doorbell, intercom, and provides dishwashing liquid and other cleaning materials. We have a functional kitchen with dishes, utensils, pots and pans, glasswares amung others. We dont provide oil and condiments. Guest access Guests can use and access various amenities, including everything inside the unit as well as additional facilities like the Japanese-inspired gazebo, reading nooks, library/Wi-Fi lounge, indoor game room, audio-visual room, function/conference room and more. The pool is available for free for up to 4 guests per unit, with an additional charge of 200 per person for excess guests. Other amenities include the fitness center/gym, elevators, lobby laundromat, and a convenient 7/11 store on-site. Other things to note ❌This unit DOES NOT have a parking space! No paid parking available within the premises. ❌No pets allowed. Sorry ❌ Early drop off of baggage is not possible for this is not a Hotel so the lobby doesn’t have a luggage storage like most hotels. ❌We are unable to accommodate physical previewing of the condo unit before booking. ❌No oil, salt, pepper and other condiments provided. However we provide basic cooking pots and pans 🔳Important Notice: ▪️ This unit is fully furnished with a minimum rental period of six (6) months. Please note that the monthly electricity bill should not exceed PHP 6,000. Any excess amount beyond this limit shall be paid by the renter. ▪️Guest ID Requirement for Check-In After booking is confirmed, please send a copy of passport or any valid or Government ID for us to secure a gatepass right away for a hassle free and smooth check-in. Passport or valid ID of all guests who will be staying in the condo is needed. This is a condo administration strict compliance. Please note that all guests must provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in to get the gatepass approved from Azalea Admin. Failure to comply may result in delays or difficulty completing the check-in process. Kindly send the required identification as soon as possible to avoid any inconvenience. ▪️A valid Email Address is needed so the host can send the rental agreement via docusign. It needs to be completed before checking in. ▪️Swimming pool is closed every Monday for cleaning and sanitation. Operating hours from 6:30AM to 6:30PM only. Only 4 pax is free to use the pool. Excess is 200/head to be paid at the admin office. ▪️Gym is open daily. ▪️Other amenities like function hall, business room and etc are for rental. Please do follow condo rules to avoid penalty. ▪️ NOISES Please be aware that there may be some noise in the condominium. As this unit is on the 16th floor, sounds from the upstairs units may be audible. Additionally, ongoing construction in the area, as well as noise from the nearby incoming traffic, moving automobiles, other establishments and University may also be heard from time to time. University of the Philippines is just across the street and home to thousands of students. As these noises are part of the urban setting, we aim to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay. ▪️Please note that Visayan Electric Company electric outages are beyond our control. We made every effort to inform all of our guests in advance to minimize any inconvenience. ▪️This Airbnb operates as a self-catering accommodation rather than a hotel, so we don't offer mid-stay housekeeping or linen changes. However, if you'd like fresh linens, there’s a laundry service (wash 'n dry) in the same building next to 7-eleven, at your own expense.
