The apartment is on the second floor with an elevator in a building a stone's throw from the center of Falconara Marittima and the sea. [LIVING AREA + OPEN SPACE KITCHEN] The accommodation welcomes you with a large and bright living room, consisting of a dining table with four chairs, a very comfortable sofa, and a 60" TV. The choice of light shades on the walls creates a feeling of spaciousness and brightness. The parquet floor gives a touch of warmth to the environment. There is an Ultra HD Smart TV with NETFLIX and YOUTUBE to entertain from the oldest to the youngest and super-fast fiber optic WI-FI, thanks to which it will be possible to carry out Smart Working. The kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances, offers the possibility of preparing delicious dishes using fresh local products available in nearby shops and markets. An induction hob, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, refrigerator with freezer function and a complete set for guests (utensils, pots, pans, cutlery, plates, glasses, cups, cups) are available. And to start the day off right? A LAVAZZA coffee machine and a selection of assorted teas and coffees await you!
