Other things to note *Dog-friendly space, max 2 dogs; flat fee per stay. There is a dog station by the driveway to walk the dogs and pick up. *Bear proof trash bin is on the side of the house. Do not leave food outside. *25 and older to rent. Please contact beforehand if you are not over 25. *The outdoor area offers privacy, but close to everything! Within 10 minutes to the Parkway and Dollywood entrance. You will hear the Dollywood train whistle and may be able to catch a glimpse of nightly Dollywood fireworks. *9 person maximum. *We perform regular pest control but you are in the nature so expect that some stray critters may be noted. Bears are rare, but if you do see one, please stay away and do not provoke. Please lock your cars specially at night as bears are getting smarter with the car doors. *No alcohol near the hot tub, and do not use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or may be pregnant. Children under the age of 18 must be supervised at all times by their guardian(s). Use the hot tub at your own risk. Guest access Entire house is reserved for you. Other things to note No smoking on the premise. You may smoke by the firepit only. There is a dog walking area by the driveway. Please cleanup afterwards. Bearproof trash cans are on the side of the house. Please put all trash in there and do not leave anything out. It will attract wildlife. No parties. We do not provide wood for fireplace and firepit and charcoal for the grill. Please make sure you put out the fire completely before leaving or hitting the bed. Please consider purchasing travel insurance especially if you are booking between the winter months of January and February. It is rare to have weather events such as a major snowstorm but it is best to be prepared. No refunds or cancelations within 30 days of your arrival are permitted, including for weather events.
