Check-out Time: 11:00 AM 🏡 House Rules To ensure a great experience for everyone, please follow these rules: ❌ No pets allowed – No exceptions. A $500 fee applies for unauthorized pets. 🚭 No smoking inside the cabin. Smoking is allowed outside, but all cigarette butts must be disposed of properly. A $250 fee will be charged if smoke is detected inside the cabin. 🚫 No parties or large gatherings. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. 🗑 Dispose of trash properly. Use the bear-proof trash containers in the parking lot. 🔒 Lock up before leaving. Other things to note ✔ Quiet but Not Remote 🌲 While the cabin is in a peaceful valley, it is just a short drive to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the Smoky Mountains! ✔ Wildlife 🦌 The Smokies are home to bears, deer, and other wildlife—please be mindful and do not leave food outside, or cars unlocked. We are not responsable for any damaged caused by wild animals. The cabin is accessible by regular vehicles year-round. However, during the winter months (especially December through February), weather in the Smoky Mountains can be unpredictable, with occasional snow or ice. While the cabin itself is not located on a hill, the surrounding mountain roads are curvy and narrow, and can become slippery when temperatures drop. For that reason, we recommend using a 4-wheel or all-wheel drive vehicle during the winter season to ensure safe and comfortable travel to and from the cabin and around town.
