Escape to the old town of Lüneburg - design meets monument

Stay in a unique holiday home in the heart of Lüneburg's old town: a listed house from 1520 that has been brought back to life after extensive renovation. A small shop with an old trophy and watchmaking workshop has become a gem. This is where 500 years of history meet modern living comfort. In the small courtyard, you can relax and unwind in the historical ambience after an extensive stroll through the city. The space The apartment has a combined living, dining and kitchen area. The bedroom is located in the quiet courtyard and has a 1.60 x 2.00 m bed, with two 80 cm mattresses. The other sleeping places are in a passage area that connects the living area separated by a door with the bathroom, the guest toilet, the bedroom and the outside door to the courtyard. The two sleeping places in the bunk bed have the dimensions 0.90 x 2.00 m and can therefore also be used by adults. The upper bed has a fall-out guard and is reached via the library ladder. The third sleeping area is on the sleeping floor above the bathroom. The mattress there also measures 0.90 x 2.00 m. The kitchen is fully equipped and has an induction stove, oven, coffee and espresso machine, kettle, toaster, fridge with large freezer. The apartment has a velvety soft exposed screed, which is heated with modern underfloor heating. The TV is a smart TV and offers a variety of TV programs (Waipu) and access to YouTube and media libraries. Guest access The apartment has a free parking space, which is located on the neighboring property opposite. The driveway is only for cars (max. 2.30 m wide and 2.00 m high). Arrival is from 4 pm independently and totally flexible. There is a PIN code for the front door, the key to the apartment is in the hallway in a key safe. Other things to note Our apartment is a non-smoking apartment. However, if you are respectful of our tenants upstairs (are the windows closed there?), you can smoke in the courtyard. No pets are allowed. The apartments have state-of-the-art Nest smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. The house has a gigabit Internet connection - fast WiFi is included. We are happy to provide a travel crib with bed linen on request for a fee.
